In 2014 Xaver and I sold our busy restaurant and bought a tiny house. We hit the reset button on our frazzled weary lives and began to explore living at a slower pace. A more healthy pace. That was the beginning of a wonderful transformation in our lives from chaos to simplicity and I will always be grateful for that experience and the ways it has changed us both.
Here are some of the things I learned along the way about cooking in a very small kitchen that I believe will help you live more comfortably in a smaller home, or more spaciously in the home you currently enjoy.
