Here’s an exercise in self care that challenges our own “retail therapy” habits, and increases our level of self acceptance so that we are less susceptible to marketing messages based on fear and shame. This in turn saves us money, saves the environment from more single-use-plastics, and increases our ability to minimize the mundane aspects of our lives.
